Individual and Relationship Coaching

I offer relational coaching for people who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the experiences that shape their lives.

Many of my clients are queer and trans people, artists, caregivers, therapists, and people navigating chronic illness, disability, burnout, identity shifts, or major life transitions. Together, we make space for complexity, uncertainty, and the parts of ourselves that are often difficult to name or understand.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I believe therapy is not about becoming someone else—it is about developing a more compassionate relationship with who you already are.

Care Worker Consultation

I offer a unique combination of business consultation, personal therapy and clinical supervision for therapists, psychologists, tattoo artists, nurse practitioners, herbalists, astrologers, academics and anyone who works professionally as a care worker. These services are available for folks in all states and internationally.

I work with therapists and care workers who are seeking more than case consultation alone. Many come to me while navigating complex clinical work, building sustainable private practices, or trying to align their professional lives with their values.

My consultation style weaves together relational psychotherapy, psychoanalytic thinking, embodiment, disability justice, and the practical realities of being a therapist. I offer a space to think deeply, work through uncertainty, and develop practices that support both your clients and yourself.

Together, we explore not only how you practice, but the larger question of what kind of therapist—and what kind of professional life—you want to cultivate.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), the use of ketamine as a complement to psychotherapy. Ketamine is a legal, safe and effective medicine used to treat a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating disorders and life transitions.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy can offer a different way of engaging in the therapeutic process for those who are interested in exploring expanded states of consciousness as part of their healing work.

I approach this work with the same relational and embodied lens that guides my therapy practice. Ketamine is not a stand-alone intervention; rather, it is integrated with preparation, intention-setting, reflection, and ongoing therapeutic support.

Together, we explore what emerges with curiosity, care, and attention to your unique history, relationships, and lived experience.
